Austin and Ella each had a piece that was chosen to be shown in the NEISD Young Master’s Art Show.
We are so proud of our artists!

You ran down that Sunday morning and said, “it’s my birthday!” You had asked for an American Girl doll for your birthday and I had so much fun in the store picking everything out. Your little shadow was right there with you to join in on the present fun. Austin was enjoying his breakfast and watching from afar.
You quickly named her Abby and loved that she had pierced ears and looked just like you.
We had wandered through Target a few weeks back and you had begged for these shoes, another sweater, jacket, shirt, dress….you are quite the shopper. I restrained at the time and you were happy to see them in the birthday lot.
The first of many outfit changes that day.
Off to Grandmas to celebrate.
Grandma Chris delivered with a pink cake!
Cousin Abby liked to take her take Ella’s presents.
This is what happens when we try to get a family picture![]()
Watch out for big brother photo bombing!
Abby took off with the dolls.
We ended the day with mommy-daughter pedicures.
Happy birthday sweet girl, we love you so much!
Ella was scheduled to celebrate the day before her birthday with a day o’fun with Lauren, but unfortunately, Lauren came down with strep and we had to delay it.
We improvised and it ended up “being the best birthday ever!” according to Ella.
Ella and I had a shopping trip to Justice with Mimi and then picked up Jeff, Austin & Reese and headed to main even to play games and bowl.
These three did the gravity walk. Ella was nervous, but held her own and had fun!
We ate while we waited for our bowling lane. Our little foodie tried wings for the first time and LOVED them.
We wrapped up the night with our first family bowling game.
It was a little crazy towards the end (anything is with a 3 kids, one of which that is 4), but it was a wonderful way to celebrate our sweet girl.
